What you enter at the checkout or Apple Pay is what is automatically transferred to the shipping label. If an address is incorrect we can’t be held responsible once the parcel leaves us and NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT BOXES WILL BE ISSUED.

The service we use with Royal Mail means they won’t post them through a letterbox, if you aren’t going to be at the shipping address, you can go on the tracking email / text you get from Royal Mail and select a ‘safe place’ a ‘neighbour’ or to re arrange a re-delivery or collect instead.
